  • Self-Screening: In accordance with our privacy protocols, MarinaBayRx does not collect or store personal medical records. Consequently, we cannot screen for potential drug interactions, contraindications, or allergies. The patient assumes full responsibility for reviewing the manufacturer’s safety literature and ensuring the medication is clinically appropriate.

3. Financial and Data Protocols

  • Transaction Security: All payments are processed via external, high-security gateways utilizing bank-grade encryption (256-bit SSL). MarinaBayRx does not capture or store sensitive credit card or banking information.

4. Pricing and Product Availability

  • Market Fluctuations: Prices are subject to minor adjustments based on international currency exchange rates and global market conditions.
  • Supply Chain: While we strive for consistent availability, procurement may be affected by international manufacturing cycles or logistical delays.

5. Shipping, Logistics, and Regulatory Adherence

  • Delivery Guarantee: MarinaBayRx provide a comprehensive Delivery Guarantee. In the event of a documented loss or regulatory seizure, we will initiate a complimentary reshipment of the order.

6. Cancellation, Refund, and Dispute Policies

  • Pharmaceutical Integrity: Due to international health and safety regulations governing the chain of custody for medications, returns are strictly prohibited. Once a product has left a controlled pharmacy environment, its integrity cannot be verified for restock.
